Look Ma! A Haemangi-something!

A few days after I was born a little red spot appeared on my left cheek. Mum and Dad thought it was just a little abrasion from the tape on my face. But after it didn't go away for many days they finally asked what it was.

The midwife said it was something that was called a haemangioma. Basically it's just a fancy name for a burst blood vessel. Nothing to get too concerned about though. Most of my mates get them. Its just that mine landed smack on my cheek where everyone can see it. Nevermind. It will go away at before I reach my second birthday.
